The comprehensive plan for the Hung Shui Kiu logistics cluster, covering approximately 32 hectares, is structured to accommodate diverse logistics needs. Initial market engagement has led to the identification of the five specific sites. Three of these are situated in Zone B, which is earmarked for e-commerce logistics, reflecting the growing demand in this sector. One site in Zone A is designated for the handling of high-value commodities, while another in Zone C will cater to freight forwarding operations and emerging low-altitude economic activities. The phased rollout will see the Zone B plots become available by late 2027 or early 2028, with the potential for consolidation into larger projects, while Zones A and C will follow at a later stage.
